Entering the unknown
So there I was In Auckland at 3:27am sitting on my suitcase outside my flat in central Auckland, still reeling after watching a strangely enchanting yet compelling post apocalyptic film, and then shifting into Mr Tarentinos EPIC 70′s exploitation film “Death Proof“. I’m entering the unknown myself today! [Read more...]

Video guru appointed
Ben Cooney’s got the job. Sorry everyone else. Please don’t fret though – he can’t stay for ever so he’ll be appointing other videographers when his time is up.
Ben’s full of energy. Stoked, is not a strong enough word for Ben when he got the job. They had to scrape him off the walls by all accounts to get him down to earth. No worries Ben. Samoa will give it all back to you when you’re up here mate!
Again, Ben’s referees stacked up – big-time. People, if you want to get a job, get your previous employers to love you and they’ll sell you to the next one. When people who know you well say things like “He’s the best!” or “I’ve been thinking of him because I’ve got another job coming up, and I want him as my right hand again”, you know you’ve got a VERY good chance of swinging the job.
Ben’s referees said this, so, in due course we’ll all see some of his work on the website.
Samoa awaits your presence Ben! Welcome aboard!

First Ambassador Arrives
Trevor MacKay, our first S.W.A.P. Ambassador has landed on Samoan soil. Trevor, a chippie from Queensland jumped at the chance to spend time in Paradise and share his experiences with the world.
Paying his own ticket to get over here, Trevor looks forward to meeting the Samoan people, seeing the sights and experiencing post-Tsunami Samoa. He calls his visit a reconnaissance trip.
Talofa Trevor.
