Seminar introduces the SWAP Foundation, discusses ways to increase profitabliity by value adding and uses the host business (Swimming with the Turtles) as a practical example of how to increase value, turnover and profit.
Opportunities for investment are invited from attendees.

Thanks to the people who attended the Seminar yesterday and to Sue, our host for the day from Swimming with the Turtles.
Our presentation introduced the SWAP Foundation, then talked through the principles that we teach, (such as the fact that God blesses hard work, honesty, integrity and faith).
We also shared some ideas and concepts for possible rebranding of the existing operation to perhaps “Turtle Town Samoa” and talked about how the host business could easily improve their earnings through value adding, some of the ideas would cost nothing; others (such as uniforms or rebranding) a minor investment and how to develop the business into a better small business before building it into a bigger business.
Several of the attendees wish to discuss their business with the view to bringing in outside investment. We look forward to working with them in due course.
